  Endevor Package dialog ignores 'Remember the entered values for
  later' option.
  When creating an Endevor package from the CARMA Packages List
  container: New -? Endevor Package, you are presented with the
  'Define Package, Upload Member Contents' panel.  If you set some
  standard options/values such as 'Type of Package', 'Shareable
  Package' and 'Backout' with the 'Remember the entered values for
  later' option selected, subsequent Packages created the same way
  do not have previously selected options pre-filled/selected.
