Error description
Using the Print Report function in Perspectives with Excel 2010, the report is being saved as an Excel file and when 'create snapshot' is checked, you click finish and it seems like the report is never saved. If you alt+tab, you will notice an Excel message in the background:????Data may exist in the sheet(s) selected for deletion. To permanently delete the data, press delete.??'delete' 'cancel'.
Local fix
Tab to the message and click 'Cancel'
