PM91504: Undo checkout on a new branch for an element from the Version Tree throws IllegalStateException

Error description

Using IBM Rational Software Architect RealTime Edition (RSARTE)
with the IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer (CTE) Extension will
throw an exception when performing an Undo Checkout from the
Version Tree for a version of an element on a newly created
branch.

To reproduce:
1) Edit the config spec of your view to contain a mkbranch rule
that will create a new branch for an element
2) Checkout the element
3) Launch the Version Tree
4) Right click on the checked out version which will be the
ancencestor of  .../branch/0 and select Undo Checkout
5) The exception is thrown 'java.lang.IllegalStateException:
attempt to use removed node'

Workaround:
Perform the Undo Checkout from the Team menu.
