Error description

• If an include file referenced in a PL/I source contains a
  package or procedure declaration, inappropriate folding
  locations may be displayed in the PL/I source using the PL/I
  editor. The folding locations do not cause any errors.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• If an include file contained the start of a package or
  procedure, inaccurate folding and highlight artifacts would
  appear when editing a file.
  

Problem conclusion

• If an include file contains both the start of a package or
  procedure, the line calcualted to be the start of the folding
  and highlight region will be based on the location of the
  include statement.  If the include file includes both the start
  and the end of a package or procedure statement, then no folding
  region will appear and a highlight region will appear on the
  INCLUDE statement.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.5.1.4 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
