APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When modifying the contanining project of a daughter data
  element after the link with the mother has been extablished, it
  is possible to create it above the mother.
  This has for result an unresolved link and inconsistency in the
  repository.
  

Local fix

• Do not change the project code after having established the
  link mother-daughter.
  

Problem summary

• Design Editors - DataElement creation Wizard : When creating a
  data element, if, after have chosen a parent data element,  you
  change the project for another procject which is under it in
  the project hierarchy, the creation can not be done because of
  an exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• In the DataElement Creation wizard, when changing the project,
  the parent data element is re-initialized. You have to reselect
  another parent data element which belongs to the new project.
