   Attempts to modify Read only Tag's value resulted in Tags
  Modification in Rational Rhapsody 7.6.1.3
  
  error_description:
   1.Create a new SysML project. From Profiles, Add a new
  profile(say 'profile_0').
  2.Add a new Tag(say 'tag_0') in profile_0. Navigate to tag_0
  features and modify the value of the Tag.
  3.Save the project. Now make profile_0 as read-Only and then
  navigate to Tag's Features.
  4. Verify when Tag's value is modified using Text Editor('...'
  button) it gets modified.

   There is no known workaround at this time.
