PM90637: 64-BIT DATA MANAGER COMMANDS ARE UNABLE TO CONNECT TO 64-BIT DB2DATABASE VIA 64-BIT CLIENT

Error description

• <COG_ROOT>\bin64\sqlterm, <COG_ROOT>\bin64\catmanage, etc... are
  unable to connect to a 64-bit DB2 database via a 64-bit DB2
  client when run from AIX.  The commands fail with the following
  error:??DM-DBM-3041 The DBMS driver 'DB2' is not configured.
  'Failed to load D2 library libdb2.a(shr.o)'?DM-DBM-0306 UDA
  driver error connecting to 'ALIAS_1107e9be8'.??Running the same
  commands from the <COG_ROOT>\bin directory works fine.
  

Local fix

• Running the same commands from the <COG_ROOT>\bin directory work
