Error description

• When running the IBM Rational ClearCase Multisite command
  'multitool lsepoch' from the commandline with multiple replicas
  given as options the command will abort when it encounters a
  failure for contacting one of the replicas, it then does not
  continue processing command and attempting to access the
  subsequent replicas.
