PM90144: Error when attempting to view data with special characters with jdbc parameter CHARSET=UTF8 set

Error description

• When data contains special characters such as the ampersand
  example :'ABC & XYZ' and the jdbc parameter 'CHARSET=UTF8' is
  set under the jdbc connection the following type of error is
  thrown when attempting to view the data in Cube
  Designer:?"XQE-DAT-0013 Cannot copy 12 characters to char of
  length 10".
