PM90095: COGNOS BI USING SERVICE CREDENTIALS TO RUN REPORTS INTERMITTENTLY CAUSING INCORRECT DATA TO BE RETURNED

Error description

• Intermittently, Cognos BI is using the credentials of the
  service account that starts Cognos BI, to run reports.  This is
  causing incorrect data to be returned.  Problem seems to occur
  only under load, or potentially with concurrent queries only.
