  From notes in jazz.net work item 88139:
  Defect 75369 fixed most of the problem. But it turns out
  there is another place where legacy submission assets are
  being sent to policies and the change was not done there
  too.
  
  Also, while debugging this second occurrence noticed a bug
  having to do with the same asset:
  
  Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array
  index out of range: 0
      at
  pagecode.assetDetail.GeneralDetails.initializePolicyResults(
  GeneralDetails.java:1334)
  
  This is due to the asset being a submission asset that had
  no submit nor update metrics. This is a feasible condition
  and should be checked for.
  

Problem conclusion

• This is now fixed in RAM v7.5.2 and a fix will also be
  included in RAM v7.5.1.2 iFix1. Please refer to jazz.net
