PM89822: Error after set RSVP.EXCEL.XLS2007_COLUMN_WIDTH_CONTROL to TRUE

Error description

• Client want to print their report in excel,so they set
  RSVP.EXCEL.XLS2007_COLUMN_WIDTH_CONTROL to control the width to
  fit a A4 print. When they set this to true, some of their report
  get this error: RSV-SRV-0040          An application error has
