Error description
If a direct update message appears, and then the network disappears, the user will not be able to perform a direct update even after the network comes back.
Local fix
Once network connectivity has been restored, exit the application and then restart it.

Problem conclusion
The code was fixed so that reloading the application works correctly. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for fixpack 5.0.6.2.
