PM89708: Default Modeling Appearance is not applied during drawing

• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• Drawing  a state transition while the default
  connector appearance is set to rectilinear, it is still drawn as
   oblique.

Problem conclusion

• This works as designed. We force new transitions to be
  oblique in state chart diagrams since there are issues with
  default positioning and similar for rectilinear transitions.
  Users can still select an individual transition or a group
  of transitions and manually change their routing style if so
  desired.
