Error description

• The option to compare a checked out version from the version
  tree is not available when using the IBM Rational ClearTeam
  Explorer Extension (CTE) for IBM Rational Software Architect
  RealTime Edition (RSARTE).
  
  All non-checkout versions have the option available.
  
  Workaround:
  Use the Compare with Predecessor option from the Project
  Explorer view within RSARTE by right clicking the checked out
  element and selecting Team ? Compare with Predecessor.
