Error description

• Changing the operation signature in Code Centric causes removal
  and addition for this operation
  Once element deleted from the model - it removed from the
  diagram, and it will not be added automatically. This is not
  documented.

  The following note was added to the topic "Roundtripping in
  code-centric mode":
  
  Note: If you change the signature of an operation in some
  way, and then roundtrip the change into the model, the
  existing operation is deleted and a new operation is added
  in its place. If the existing operation was included in a
  diagram, such as a sequence diagram, it is removed from the
  diagram. In such cases, you have to manually add the new
  operation to the diagram.
