PM89039: BSOD when building in local or remote dynamic views with Symantec 12.1.2x using Visual Studio 2010

Error description

• When building in  local or remote IBM Rational ClearCase dynamic
  views using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010, you may experience
  a Windows STOP (BSOD) error.
  
  This occurs when you have upgraded to Symantec 12.1.2x.
  
  To workaround the issue:
  Do not upgrade to Symantec 12.1.2x.   Continue using Symantec
  11.x or Symantec 12.1.1x.  The crash does not occur with those
  versions.

  configurations with both ClearCase dynamic views and
  Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.x are documented in APARs
  PM88679 and PM84238.
