PM88598: THE DROP DOWN LIST IN ADDING FILTERS DISAPPEARS IF THERE ARE TWO MANY ITEMS ADDED IN CWA

Error description

• Customer is facing an issue in Cognos Workspace Advanced, after
  adding multiple items to a list workspace and creating a filter.
  While creating the filter, the drop down menu for the option
  "Custom based on data item" shows up when the down button is
  clicked but immediately disappears because the items to choose
  from are too many. ??If you remove some items from the list
  workspace to have fewer items, the drop down menu for the filter
  shows the list of items and does not disappear when the down
  button is pressed.??Also, with many items in the list workspace,
  dragging the "Create Filter" window higher up on the screen and
  then clicking the down button on the drop down menu from the
  "Custom based on data item", the list shows up and it does not
  disappear (provided the items in the list fit within the height
  of the screen)
