Error description

• With 10.1.1 FP2 and Excel 2003, any attempt to print reports
  from forms, e.g. Run > Report > select a form > Print, results

  Cognos.Controller.ControllerForms.clsDataEntry.GetReportForm(Str
  ing
   sForm, String sPeriod, String sActuality, String sCompany,
  String  sCurrType, String sConsType, String sGroup, String
  sDim1, String sDim2,  String sDim3, String sDim4, String
  sCloVer, String sContribVer, Boolean  bSelectOnlyOneLevel)
  at Cognos.Controller.Forms.Form.frmReportRun.DeRunForm(DataRow&
  rsForms)    The report does open in Excel and as a workaround
  can be printed from Excel, the formatting is lost though, so
  unlikely to be acceptable to customers.
