Error description

• SA:Reverses pool order at import via BPMN interchange
  BP diagrams reverse order after export to BPMN and import again
  to SA 11.4.2.2.
  The user used 11.4.2.2 to export from SAMPLES using BPMN Export
  Imported into SA v11.4.2.2 and the symbol order was changed
  around

  BPMN import/export relies on an XML file embedded within a
  ZIP file. The Pools and Lanes within the XML file do NOT
  contain any X/Y location information. Thus the only way to
  tell which Pool or Lane should be top-most or bottom-most is
  to rely on the order in which they appear in the XML file.
  

Problem conclusion

• Export: SA must ensure that Pools and Lanes are added to the
  XML file in top-to-bottom order.
  
  Import: When SA imports a symbol from the XML file with no
  X/Y location information, it must first assign a temporary
  X/Y that Auto-Arrange can finalize later. It turns out that
  Pools and Lanes require specialized handling.
