• WMQ V710 - Message CSQE0106E with reason 00000865 occurs during
  a backup of application structures is being taken.
  
  Reason code 00000865 means :
    IXLRSNCODEBADBUFSPEC EQU X'00000865' The buffer specification
    for an IXLLIST or IXLCACHE request is in error.

  During BACKUP CFSTRUCT processing, CSQELBK1 issues an IXLLSTM
  call to read the array of lhim blocks from the application
  structure. Under some conditions, this call can complete
  prematurely with reason ixlRsnCodeTimeout and only return some
  of the array members.
  When CSQELBK1 reissues the call to read the remainder, it passes
  an invalid buffer, causing the reissued call to fail with
  ixlRsnCodeBadBufSpec, and as this return code is not expected
  the command fails. The error is reported in the resulting
  message:
  CSQE106E 'Unable to backup structure xxxx, reason=00000865'.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQELBK1 is changed to specify a valid buffer when reissuing
  IXLLSTM to read the lhim array, following premature completion
  of the original call with reason ixlRsnCodeTimeout.
