Error description

• Using the online help files for installing the saservice
  component of Process Integrator (SA-PI) for IBM Rational System
  Architect (SA) Installing the SAService component the
  instructions provided show incorrect command syntax.
  
  CONFIGURATION
  Environment = Microsoft Windows (R)
  Tool = IBM Rational System Architect XT (R)
  Version = 11.4.2
  Integration = SA Process Integrator (Microsoft Visio (R)
  2003/2007)
  
  SYMPTOM
  The instructions list two command formats only one works but the
  example given is not the latest install file name.  It is not
  version generic.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  1) Access the Information Center for SA.
  2) Navigate to Installing ? Installing Rational System Architect
  Process
  
  Integrator
  3) Click on the link
     Installing the SAService component
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS
  The help page to only list correct working commands.
  Examples given need to be version generic.
  
  ACTUAL RESULT
  The help page contains a non working command and a version
  specific example.
  
  WORKAROUND
  Use the command
   on 11.4.2 for example,
     RATL_SA_XT_11.4.2_WIN_ML.exe /V'SAPI_SERVER=\'Yes\''
   or on 11.4.2.3 for example,
     ratlSysArch_XT_11-4-2-3.exe /V'SAPI_SERVER=\'Yes\''

Problem summary

• The help was very release specific.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated "Installing the SAService component" topic.  Steps
  describing the steps are now more generic instead of version
  specific.
