Problem conclusion

• Blank diagrams are no longer generated.
  The names of child diagrams, where not specified in the
  source file, are taken from the first parent symbol that is
  named. Otherwise since there might be more than one diagram
  defined in the model we can't use the file name. Any diagram
  names not specified in the source file and not overridden
  are the ids they were identified with in the file.
