PM86615: Robot is opened and closed for executing scripts from RQM

Rational Robot Interim Fix 3 for 7.0.3.9

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When executing Robot Scripts from RQM, Robot gets restarted at
  the end of each Script. This is generating a lot of performance
  issue.
  
   For a suite with 50 scripts, it took around 1 hour to open and
  close Robot each time.
  
  Robot cannot be used in production with this behavior.
  Is it possible to keep Robot open always?
