Error description

• When using IBM Rational ClearQuest (CQ) Web within the Microsoft
  Internet Explorer (IE) web browser, a hang or lag may occur when
  initially attempting to expand the Public Queries, or any
  workspace directory that contains a large quantity of workspace
  objects.
  
  Eventually, following the hang, IE will have a pop-up pertaining
  to a 'long running' script.  If you click Yes to keep running
  the script then the folder contents will be loaded.
  
  Workaround:
  This behavior is not seen in Firefox web browser.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.12 and 8.0.1.1.
  
  Opening ClearQuest Web workspace folders now takes about as long
   using Internet Explorer as FireFox.
