Error description

• abstract:
  Attempts to link an IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) artifact
  from a IBM Rational Asset Manager asset containing double quotes
  in its name result in the related artifact link not being
  created in RTC.
  
  error_description:
   Steps to reproduce the problem:
  1. Create new asset of type containing an attribute type of
  resource.
  2. Name the asset such as it will contain 'double quotes'
  You can choose an existing one if you have already one matching
  the above criteria
  3. Select 'Add Resource Link' on the asset 'Submit' or 'Modify'
  page,
  4. Select an appropriate Friend Server and Resource
  5. Select and existing Work Item to link to the asset with or
  create a new one
  6. Save/update the asset once the link is added,
  Result
  The link to the RTC Work Item is added to the asset as expected.
  The link is displayed correctly. Everything is fine from the
  asset point of view.
  But when you open the Work Item and navigate to the link tab,
  you will see that the related artifact link was not created as
  expected.
  
  workaround:
   There is no known workaround at this time except avoiding to
  use double quotes in the asset name.

  Needed to escape the label when posting to RTC.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed now in RAM 7.5.2.
