Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - 8.5.1
  When creating a new element in Endevor using CARMA Remote code
  page IBM-1143 and local encoding UTF-8, Scandic characters are
  not correctly displayed after saving the member, closing it and
  re-opening it.

  Local fix:
  Create an empty file with one comment line with Scandic
  characters, save the file, close it and re-open it. After this
  Scandic characters will be correctly displayed.
