Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users of the Rational RequisitePro Baseline Manager tool who create reports of a package comparison. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Baseline Manager shows an error when generating a report of a package baseline comparison and the process of creating the HTML report is interrupted. The problem is caused when the tool is trying to concatenate the package names but the parent package data is missing, since the baseline does not include the rest of the project.
Problem conclusion
The Rational RequisitePro Baseline Manager code was modified for preventing the concatenation of the package names when a higher level in the package hierarchy is missing. The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version 7.1.4 and 7.1.3.7.
