PM85410: DOORS Documentation Update: Users must have 'Admin' access on the Module for closing, reopening and deleting discussion

Rational DOORS and DOORS Web Access 9.5.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DOORS Help section titled 'Closing, reopening, and deleting
  discussions' has the following documented:
  'Database managers, project managers, or a custom users with
  archive and partition data and create groups powers can close,
  reopen, or delete discussions.'
  
  However, if the type of users mentioned above don't have 'Admin'
  access rights on the Module in question, they will not be able
  to perform any of the actions mentioned on Discussions.
  
  Hence, the documentation should be updated to include that along
  with the above mentioned type of users they should also have
  'Admin' access rights for performing the actions of closing,
  reopening, or deleting discussions.
