  Description of problem:
  
  The documentation for Rational Asset Manager 7.5.0 or 7.5.1 (and
  possibly earlier versions) is incorrect.
  
  The page 'Set an asset attribute'
  (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/ramhelp/v7r5m1/index.j
  sp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.ram.doc%2Ftopics%2Fr_api_setanassetattribute
  .html) specifies to use the following format for a custom
  attribute of the Link type:
  
  '<a href=\'myURL\'>myLabel</a>' (note that the quotation marks
  are escaped with backslashes)
  
  However, this leads to an inconsistency with the behaviour
  obtain from the web client. When a link is created from the web
  client, the generated ' a ' tag contains a ' target='_blank' '
  attribute which induces that the link will be opened in a new
  window or tab depending on the browser's configuration.
  Therefore the documentation example should also contain the '
  target='_blank' ' attribute, or at least mention that it is
  being used when adding such a custom attribute from the web
  client.
