Error description

• After approving an asset, RAM Eclipse Client cannot move the
  asset to the next state.
  
  Error:  'The Deploy to Approve Action could not be performed.'
  
  Workaround:  Users can approve the asset via RAM Web Client and
  then use RAM Eclipse Client to move the asset to a next state of
  its lifecycle..

  My understanding is this was tested on a 7.5.1.2 client and
  the problem does not exist. It only exists using a 7.5.1.1
  client.
  
  I am marking as resolved since it doesn't occur on our
  latest version of RAM, v7.5.1.2... although I don't know the
  specific work item that resolved the issue.
