  working correctly, no change in behavior between settings.

Problem summary

• This is usage issue,
  2. Add the script as follows into command field in step
  definition page.
     echo aaa
     ech bbb
     echo ccc
  
  This is one part,  not 3 parts. Please refer this link

  The Step  On Fail needs to be set Continue too.
  
  If set properly,   "Continue Step Parts On Fail"  works well
