Error description

• Cognos 10.2 report against Informix 11.70 both modes DQM/CQM,
  shows double months. Issue seems that no stitching is done on
  common dimension.  Customer reported behavior to be related to
  Informix data source variant, customer runs this same report
  against Informix 11.70 xc5 Linux version and does not have a
  problem. ----   - Cognos 10.1.1 and informix 11.5 (Inf on Linux)
  version - no issue.   - Cognos 10.2 and Informix 11.7 fC5W1 (Inf
  on Linux) - no issue.   - Cognos 10.2 and informix 11.7 FC7 (Inf
  on Win 64bit) - issue apparent.   - Cognos 10.1.1 and informix
  11.7 FC7 (Inf on Win 64bit) - issue apparent. -----  No
  difference in Cognos SQL and native SQL between Informix 11.7
  fC5W1 linux and informix 11.7 FC7 windows. The same amount of
  data is returned for the first query 'QueryProgrammaStatus', the
  two separated SQL returns both 12 records on 11.7 FC7 windows.
