   Attempts to mirror from any other definition results empty

  error_description:
   It appears that while you can mirror to it (from any
  definition) you can't mirror FROM It to any other definition.
  
  The defect is that the attribute record gets saved in the
  interim and so when you get to mirroring you find no differences
  so you don't mirror. This only seems to happen for attributes
  and not columns.
  workaround:
  
   The only sort of workaround is to do it always from the
  columns.
