PM83541: CURRENCY DROPDOWN FIELD IS DISPLAYING BLANK RATHER THAN THE DEFAULT CURRENCY (IE: USD) WHEN EDITING AN OBJECT.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Currency code dropdown displays blank for a newly added currency
  field in an existing object.  The dropdown displays correctly
  when creating a new object.  Users are forced to explicitly
  select the currency code during the edit session.
  

Local fix

• Manually select the currency field.
