PM83125: DOORS: Letter 'F' precedes while importing RTF file

Error description

• You have a Word document saved as RTF. When try to import this
  into DOORS, you get double paragraph numbering and the letter
  'F' precedes the second paragraph numbering.
  
  This issue is data specific (the issue cannot reproduce with our
  own data)
