PM83071: Drill-down behavior forwarding to new blank page

Error description

• When performing a drill-down in a report view spawned from a
  drill-through the user forwarded to a new, blank, page with the
  "Your report is running" pop-up appear over top of it.??Expected
  behavior is that the "Please wait" and "Your report is running"
  pop-ups should appear superimposed over the existing data set
  without being forwarded to a blank page as is the case if the
  report is executed directly (e.g. not from a drill-through).
