PM82730: Chart loses properties when display type is changed in Business Insight

Error description

• When the display type of a chart is changed in Business Insight
  by going to "Change Display Type..." and picking either "Bar",
  "Line", or "Column", the chart loses it's properties during the
  conversion.??For example, if a column chart that was created in
  Report Studio with Borders property of the series set to "Hide"
  is brought into Business Insight, and the display type is
  changed to "Bar" or "Column", the borders will re-appear on the
  bars (series). ??This is related to defect COGCQ00719569 where
  this issue was fixed in Report Studio, but is still present in
  other studios like Business Insight.
