  It seems to hang.
  
  
  
  Recommend fragment bottoms up, split a small slice of a bigger
  thing.
  
  
  E.g. A/B is huge.  Splict C1, C2, C3 etc out of B before
  attempting to
  split B out of A.
  
  
  
  Make sure that only change is fragmenting, so you can kill RSART
  and
  toss all checkouts if you need to.
