PM82284: DETAIL FILTER IS IGNORED FOR CHART

Error description

• Client use list and combination chart in one page. List and
  combination chart refers same a query. The query has detail
  filter and it displays three records on the page.  After upgrade
  from c8.3 to c10.1.1, filter is ignored for chart. It should
  display filtered data on chart same with list.
  

Local fix

• - Change detail filter option from 'After Auto Aggregation' to '
  Before Auto Aggregation'
  
  - Change Aggregate Function property from 'Automatic' to 'Total'
  
  - Upgrade to c10.2
