Error description

• Client recently received hotsite 6302.55 (10.1.1 post FP2
  hotsite) to address 3 issues related to local links in the get
  data feature.??They are now reporting similar issues in the
  quick load feature within get data.  In this request, they are
  indicating that blank values in the excel file will not clear
  values in the web.
