PM81460: UNABLE TO VIEW ATTACHMENT/FILE DETAILS WITH PRIMARY ASSOCIATION PATH INCLUDED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you have an attachment/file which is located in a folder
  outside of the Business Entity Hierarchy and the Object Field
  'Primary Association Path' is included you cannot view the
  file/attachment.   When clicking on the file you get an error
  "OP-00002: The requested operation could not be completed".
  
  If you include the Object Field 'Primary Association Path' in
  the Context 'Association View' it does NOT cause a problem.
  
  Though the object (file) is orphaned, the application should
  display the pages properly with the proper information.  No
  OP-00002 error should be displayed for this use-case.
  

Local fix

• Remove 'Primary Association Path' object field from the
  SOXDocument Object Type in the user profile.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to better handle exceptions when
  resources can not be found, which resolves this issue.
