PM81120: Rational Developer for System z : Remote Search on MVS filters leads to a 'waiting for server response' message

Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v8.0.3
  
  When doing a Remote Search on MVS filters, customer sometimes
  gets good results but sometimes the search hangs with message
  'Searching MVS Files : Waiting for server response'.   However,
  the Remote Search always works well when done directly on the
  PDS inside the MVS Filter.
  The request on the filter itself seems to look at the High Level
  Qualifier of the filter instead of looking at the filter client
  string.

  01.The Remote Search on MVS filters had unnecessary steps which
     tended to write many log lines. So the log file was full and
     the server couldn't return the response.
  02.Open RSE thread and MVSminer thread are in contention in
     writing traces onto standard.out.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01.The server was fixed to remove the unnecessary steps in the
     Remote Search on MVS filters.
  02.Now, MVSminer is changed so that it should not write any data
     onto standard.out.
