Problem summary


    

  • A NullPointerException is raised when using the JAX-RPC
bottom-up web services generation wizard on a Java bean in the
same target Java EE 1.3 / Web 2.3 web project. The option 'Use
WSDL 1.1 Mime Attachments exclusively' on Service Endpoint
Interface Selection was deselected.

  • The "Limitations of web services" help topic has been updated to
 include the limitations that are documented in this APAR.

The fix for this APAR is included in Rational Application
Developer v8.0.4.3.
