  Rational Developer for System z (RDz): Re-opening a PDS member
  fails after clearing the cache.

  When a PDS member is opened  into an Editor, from the Remote
  System Explorer view,once you have cleared the cache using the
  Remote System File Cache preference, you cannot reopen that
  member.
  
  Re-creation steps:
  
  1. in the Remote System Explorer view, open a member of a PDS
  (COBOL, PL/I, LPEX, JCL...)
  2. Go to Window --? Preferences --? Remote Systems --?
  File Cache --? Clear Cache
  3. the opened member is cleared from the Editor
  4. the reopen action, via Remote Systems Explorer view fails.

Problem summary

• When reopening a PDS member after clearing the cache, the member
  should be downloaded again to the cache, but it is not.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ensure that on opening a member that it will be downloaded if
  the corresponding cache file does not exist.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.6.2.5 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
