APAR Error Description:
Abstract: CM operations cannot be performed when using Tree view
in the configuration items with RTC MSCCI
Problem: After setting up the Rhapsody integration with Rational
Team concert via the MSCCI client, you cannot perform the CM
operations in the Tree view as opposed to the flat view.

In the Tree view when you select a unit and choose a CM
operation such as 'Add the selected items to archive' a message
is returned 'No items selected' (screenshot attached)

Local fix:
Use the flat view instead of the Tree view.
