Problem conclusion

• From the RPE perspective the report is correct since RPE
  renders all the data that it receives. But from the end-end
  point of view the results are of course incorrect since the
  report does not produce what is expected. The reason is a
  defect in SA which does not respond with correct data to
  RPEs requests.
