Error description

  • The customer experiences slow HTTPS traffic for CMS when calling
    within .net code.?They confirmed that:?   HTTP traffic is ok for
    either CMS or Cognos Connection?   HTTPS traffic is ok for
    Cognos Connection?   HTTPS traffic is ok for CMS working in IE?
     HTTPS traffic is slow for CMS when calling within .net code?The
    call from .NET app takes ~ 4 mins to return.?We could not
    reproduce the problem in house using the CMS .NET ExecuteReports
    sample.  Our SSL setup worked fine.??We have obtained RDS and
    pogo logs files from the customer.  The latest files sent on Dec
    14 show a call to RDS at 21:45:21.805 (cogserver.log) and
    subsequent "Connection reset" failure from RDS at
    21:47:34.391.??The customer is desperate to understand why a
    call to 'pagedReportData' takes around 4 mins to return a
    result.?
