PM79497: Opening brace is not put in the correct place after setting the property for a class in Rhapsody

Error description

• OpeningBraceStyle to NewLine, the code will not be updated.
  However, if you set this same property on the package containing
  the class, then the parenthesis will be moved to a new line.
