PM79218: Poor performance when working with SV1 diagrams in SA 11.4.2.1

Error description

• Poor performance when working with the SV-01 DoDAF 2 diagram in
  SA v11.4.2.1
  
  There is an increase in the time to drop a Performer as the
  number of Performers on the diagram increases.
  
  Workaround:
  
  Modify existing usrprops with additional statements added which
  remove the box-in-box behavior for the SV-01 Systems Interface
  Description (DM2) diagram type
  So this removes the ability to have the 'MemberOfOrganizations'
  reference of a Performer updated based on whether it is embedded
  by an Organization.
  The same applies for the 'Part of System' reference of a System
  based on whether it is embedded by a System
  The same applies for the 'Related Performers' reference of a
  System or Service based on whether it is embedded by a Performer
  or subtype.

Problem conclusion

• The code for performing the box-in-box inconsistency check
  was very inefficient. This has been corrected. The
  workaround removed the box-in-box rules with the result that
  the check no longer had anything to do.
  
  There were unnecessary sql queries being made. These have
  been removed.
